Florida Hospital Doctors Trade Medical Instruments for Musical Instruments at Third Annual Physicians In Concert Thursday October 25, 2007
Being a physician is a very important and rewarding job. However, it can also be intense, stressful, and demanding at times. To help its physicians unwind, connect, and let loose, Florida Hospital Physician Support Services has planned the third annual Physicians in Concert, an evening of fun and inspiring music for physicians and their families, performed by fellow physicians.
WHAT: The concert will feature classical and jazz music. In addition, this year the first- ever Physician Jazz Band of Florida Hospital, playing Bossa Nova Jazz from Brazil with a Brazilian director, will make its debut.
WHY: This program was designed to reconnect physicians with the meaning, passion, fun, and health of making music. Florida Hospital cares for the well-being of its physicians through Physician Support Services and programs that integrate life and medicine.
