Everyone knows a woman who is everything to everyone – part CEO, part mom, part chef, part grandmother, and part friend.  Now, Florida Hospital, the hospital for her, is recognizing women who have been through or are going through an illness or disability and who have continued to be everything to everyone, often putting others’ needs before their own. The hospital is inviting the community to nominate female coworkers, friends, or family members who have experienced incredible stories of health care at a Florida Hospital.  From now until May 31, 2006, Central Florida can nominate the special women they know by sharing their stories at www.floridahospitalwomen.com.  Nominees will have a chance to win great prizes, including a $500 shopping spree, makeover, spa package, and an opportunity to be recognized as Florida Hospital’s Health Hero at Florida Hospital’s Celebrity Stroll on June 11, 2006 at the JW Marriott Orlando, while modeling the latest fashions from Saks Fifth Avenue.

Rules & Eligibility
*Participants or winners selected will be required to complete a Heath Insurance Portability and Accountability Act consent form.
*To uphold our commitment to our patients’ privacy, Florida Hospital employees may not submit a story about a patient. Florida Hospital employees may encourage a patient and/or their family to submit a story on their own.
