Celebrities and Professional Golfers Tee-Off for Children at Celebration Health

Golf Tournament benefits Florida Hospital Celebration Health

WHAT: For years, Professional Golfer Robert Gamez has contributed to children’s charities by hosting a Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament in his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada.  But now, children right here in Central Florida will benefit from this very successful golf tournament.  That’s because Gamez recently moved to Celebration, bringing his Pro-Am Invitational to Celebration Golf Club. 

WHY:  On the heels of the Bayhill Invitational Tournament, numerous professional golfers and celebrities are participating in this year’s Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament to benefit children's programs at Florida Hospital Celebration Health.

WHO:  PGA professionals and celebrities including: Roger Clemens, Andy Pettit, Gino Torretta, Scott Mitchell, John Cafferty, Nat Moore, Davey Johnson, and other surprise guests.

WHEN:  Monday March 21, 2005
