WHAT: Women are invited to a relaxing day of activities to rejuvenate the mind, care for the body, and renew the spirit. Participants can meet Florida Hospital East Orlando Women’s Health Pavilion Medical Director, and take advantage of free health and wellness screenings including: blood pressure, body mass index, joint pain, sleep assessments, stress screenings, stroke risk assessments, and more. WHY: Nothing is more important than a woman’s health. By incorporating simple preventive and positive health behaviors into everyday life, women can take manageable steps to improve their health. Visiting a doctor and participating in health screenings are the first steps to becoming informed about responsible actions to improve health, which can help women choose the most effective steps for individual lifestyles and circumstances.
