Florida Hospital Celebration Health Breaks Ground on New Medical Office Building
Osceola County is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. To keep up with healthcare needs of this expanding community, Florida Hospital Celebration Health recently broke ground on a new, four-story, 93,000 square foot Medical Office Building, adjacent to Florida Hospital Celebration Health. MMBC, a national real estate development firm and Seavest, Inc., have partnered with physician tenants to develop and own the building.
The first three floors of the new facility will consist of physician offices offering many different health specialties. The fourth floor will house Florida Hospital Celebration Health’s new Ambulatory Surgical Center. This new outpatient surgery center, a joint venture between surgeons and Florida Hospital Celebration Health, will expand surgical capacity at Florida Hospital Celebration Health, while providing a more convenient setting for patients.
“This is really a dream come true and the Medical Office Building will be a great addition to Florida Hospital Celebration Health,” said Florida Hospital Celebration Health Chief of Medical Staff Dr. Jerry Rubin. The project is expected to be complete in November, 2005.
