Prior to his appointment at Florida Hospital Altamonte, Fulbright served as administrator for Florida Hospital Deland and senior vice president for Florida Hospital West Volusia Division.  He has also worked at Florida Hospital Kissimmee, Florida Hospital Winter Park, Florida Hospital Orlando, and the Florida Hospital Healthcare System since he began with the Adventist Health System in 1992.

“Rob has a gift for connecting with people, a passion for the patient experience, and a mindset for growth,” said Terry Owen, former administrator at Florida Hospital Altamonte and current Florida Hospital senior vice president. “His extensive work experience at Florida Hospital and with the Adventist Health System will allow him to get things done quickly for the benefit of staff and patients.”

Fulbright received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Adventist University and a master of business administration from Tennessee State University.
